  1. Assessment engine 1.3. Comparisons flag when an earlier assessment used a different engine version.

  2. Every rule that cannot fire names the dependency that blocks it.

  3. Every assessment view shows its engine version, and excluded rules show why.

  4. Repeat assessments show which rules were repaired since the last one.
